First try to update your Station and restart your computer: most of the issues are due to an outdated Station or a computer that hasn't been restarted for a long time.

If the bug still occurs (we're sorry 😭) you'll have to check out the Station Community forum: it is closely monitored by our team and is the main source of feedback for product roadmap prioritisation.

  1. Search for your issue in existing topics.
    90% of the time, your bug is known and has already been reported. If that's the case, don't hesitate to upvote and contribute to the ongoing conversation.
  2. If you can't find your bug, create a new topic to report it.

Our product team checks the community daily and it's the fastest way to get an answer from us (might still not be as fast as we'd like though ️).
